Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include a

month warranty.In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.
Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:
- Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, except with written approval from Seller
- Products not purchased through the WholesM Cloud Marketplace
- Products with their own individual warranty policy
- Seller reserves the right to refuse any RMAs applied if RMA fraud is found from the same buyer.
- Freight for the Second Reshipment: Please help confirm all parts that need to be reshipped before the first reshipment. If the second reshipment claim is caused by the buyer's non-confirmation, the freight should be paid by the buyer.
- Freight for the Reshipment of Whole Product: When it is necessary to resend the whole product, self-arranged shipping buyers should cover the reshipment freight themselves.
